Yesterday, out of somewhere! I just came to realize that in a call center industry life is INDEED unfair!
A lot of people in this industry are FAKE and are PLASTIC, your FRIENDS are not always FRIENDS in you when you're in this industry, sometimes when they see an opportunity on a certain situation they will drag you down to raise their self up and will leave you hanging. It's okay to be friend with co- worker but you need to set limitations because in this kind of work there are competitions and people will absolutely forget you if they need to just to get this opportunity especially when MONEY is involved.
You need to set your goals very HIGH and forget these BITCHES! Make yourself busy to the point that you almost forgot the people around you. DO whatever you think you need to do as long as it is right and you're happy because whether you do GOOD or BAD people will always have something to say, and if you heard something against you do not get paranoid! It's okay to say I'M HURT but see to it that you turn this as your motivation to keep you going. I still remember what Miss. Lj said to me " ALWAYS WEAR YOUR GAME FACE ON". This motivates me a lot, it made me realize that in this industry you need to know the rules of the game and play than anyone else.
